Translation from Greek of Paraneisis of Ephraem of Syria. In some sections of the manuscript a Greek text appears above the Slavic indicating the copyist had a Greek text before him. Colophon on leaf 147a. Below the colophon in semi-cursive, an inscription wishing eternal memory to Nikodim (of Ochrid?) by two archbishops, Nicholas and Gregory. Numerous missing leaves. Ornamented headings.
